Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This policy ensures both quality assurance and customer satisfaction while maintaining our high standards of service.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

  • Show manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Were incorrectly shipped items
  • Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-tailored garments
  • Altered or modified items
  • Accessories that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@trevanto-shop.com to initiate your return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package your item securely with all original tags and packaging
  4. Include the RAN and original receipt in your return package
  5. Ship the item to our returns department at:

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection status
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Important Refund Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • For orders with multiple items, refunds will only be issued for returned items

Exchanges

For size or style exchanges:

  • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
  • Ensure the item is unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide detailed photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • A replacement will be shipped once the return is processed
